1.1 Rooftop App is an online platform designed for artists and art lovers to connect, learn, and showcase Indian traditional art forms. The App provides various features, including but not limited to:
1.2 Access to educational resources, tutorials, and classes on Indian traditional art forms.
Opportunities for artists to showcase their artwork and gain exposure.
1.3 Interactions between artists and art lovers through community forums and messaging.
Features that facilitate learning, collaboration, and networking within the art community.
1.4 The users can register for maestro courses, subscription plans, and workshops, share their artwork on the community section, play daily quizzes, and gain insights into the art forms through Inspire Me and Art Wiki section.
1.5 The users can showcase their artwork in the community section. While sharing artwork, they are required to add relevant descriptions, tags, categories, and art form names.
1.6 Art lovers can book one-on-one sessions with master artists when they register for the course. The community section allows them to like the artwork of other art lovers.
2.1 Artists: To use the App as an artist, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App as an artist, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience in Indian traditional art forms to provide accurate and reliable information.
2.2 Art Lovers: To use the App as an art lover, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.1 User Accounts: To register an account on the app, users typically need to provide certain information, such as a valid email address, username, and password, gender, interests, birth date, location, and contact number.
3.2 Account suspension or termination:
