Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to inform you of our policies regarding the cancellation of services and the refund process. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. General Cancellation Policy

1.1 Workshops and Classes (INR 0-999)

  • Cancellation before 48 hours: You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or an adjustment for upcoming classes.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund but can be adjusted towards future classes.

1.2 Full Courses (INR 15000+)

  • Once purchased, the cost of the courses is non-refundable.

2. E-commerce Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will already be in processing or shipped.

2.2 Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, including downloadable software products and customized orders, are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations and returns will be processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under this policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitratorā€™s decision shall be final and binding.

4.2 Jurisdiction

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this policy.
