At Rooftop, we believe that every artful experience should come with clarity, including the fine print. This policy lays out how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for our workshops, courses, and e-commerce orders. Please read this alongside our [Terms & Conditions] and [Privacy Policy].
1. Workshop & Course Cancellation
For individual workshops or sessions priced between ₹0 and ₹999, you're welcome to cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start to receive a full refund or use the amount as a credit for future sessions. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the session, we’re unable to offer a refund, though rescheduling or credit adjustments may be considered at our discretion. For full-length courses priced above ₹999, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not be refunded in cash but will be eligible for full credit that you can use toward any upcoming Rooftop course or transfer to another user. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date are not eligible for a credit or refund due to the limited number of seats and planning involved.
2. E-Commerce Orders (Products)
If you’ve placed an order for a physical product, you have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accommodated, as your order will already be under processing or in transit. For returns, we accept items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at connect@rooftopapp.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that some items are non-returnable—this includes digital products, personalized or custom-made items, and limited-edition collections. 3. Refund
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available or valid, we’ll issue the refund via a bank transfer upon confirmation of your details. Once a refund is approved, we typically process it within 5–7 business days. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.
4. Legal & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to cancellations, refunds, or product returns will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In case of any conflicts, matters may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English and held in Mumbai. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding for all parties involved.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We ship across India, and shipping charges are calculated on actuals during checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and product availability.
