P.K.Sadanandan, born in the beautiful state of Kerala in 1965, is a talented artist celebrated for his work. With a diploma from the Institute of Mural Painting in Guruvayur and a Master’s in Fine Arts from Karnataka Open University. While he is deeply rooted in the traditional techniques of Kerala mural art, his ability to blend modern approaches with these traditions has earned him recognition around the globe, resulting in a truly unique style. One of his standout achievements includes leading the mural renovation at Sree Padmanabha Temple, where he completed an impressive 3,400 square feet of murals over a span of 4.5 years! His very first solo show, introduced by the wonderful Smt. Sanjna Kapoor in Mumbai, was a resounding success, paving the way for exhibitions worldwide. He also contributed his talent to painting biblical murals at St. Francis Xavier’s Church in Trichur. Among his many honors, he received the Abu Memorial Award for his mural work and accolades from the All Kerala Creative Artists Association for his work.
