Resin Art Workshop by Saloni Garg

Resin Art

Resin art could be considered as an unconventional style of painting. You don’t use the usual acrylic or oil paints, brushes, or even an easel. What you primarily need is an excellent understanding of resin. This aids the creation of these unique art pieces. To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about this traditional art form, Rajasthan Studio curated a special workshop and invited Saloni Garg.

Saloni Garg is an interior designer by profession. Art has been her passion and she loves learning new art forms and bring them to life. She learnt about Resin art from Instagram and to master this art she started learning the skills and techniques of this art form. She has been working on it for a year and now owns a startup and sells her artworks online also.

Resin Art  Workshop Began

Saloni began the session by explaining her interest and growth in the field of resin art. She explained the technical properties of the materials to be used  and made sure everyone understood. All the  attendees paid attention and noted all the key points.

She went to explain the different types of resin available. Saloni also told  us about the different properties and how much time each type takes to harden. She made sure that she was responding to all queries and questions.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Even though resin art is not the simplest art forms, Saloni was very patient and articulate. She explained all the final strokes and the minutest details. The attendees were very excited to showcase their work. The overall experience was very delightful and everyone was elated by the experience.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan Studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, here’s us signing off until next time!
