Pichwai Mandala Fusion Workshop By Pooja Mittal

Pichwai mandala Fusion

When two art forms combine, they surely create magic and come out as something that can leave the viewer awestruck. What if two ancient folk art forms combine? Well, it will bring with it a blend of two different cultural values and the relaxing experience would definitely be beyond words. This is what happens when we combine Pichwai and Mandala art forms; the two different perspectives together can be adapted to form a new and unique vision of its own.

To bring the magic of fusion arts in a more interesting manner to you, Rooftop curated an extraordinary session filled with fun and learning with expert artist Pooja Mittal.

About The Artist

Pooja Mittal is an expert Mandala artist who resides in Kolkata. Apart from Mandala, she has mastered other art forms like Pichwai, Madhubani, and some other folk arts. In the grievous and hard times of the Covid-19 lockdown, she got a chance to reinvent her skills and experiment with the art of fusion. She has been practising the fusion art form for approximately one year. For Pooja, art is the window through which one can look at the outside world but with their own choice of colours.
