Rooftop – Where India Inspires Creativity

Kerala Mural Motif Workshop

Kerala Mural Motif Workshop

Kerala’s Mural painting method is one of the ancient Indian art methods. The ancient temples and Palaces in the Indian state of Kerala have on display mural paintings dating back to the period between the 9th to 12th centuries. Primarily associated with representing ancient Puranic stories in a more alluring way, the Kerala Mural art form is fascinating and engaging to work with.

To introduce our family to this unique and relaxing art form, Rooftop organized a fantastic Kerala Mural Motif workshop and invited artist Shubham Aggarwal as the facilitator.
