Hues of Sky Mandala Workshop with Vidhi Jain

Hues of Sky Mandala Workshop

Mandalas are popular artworks due to their relaxing nature. The art form improves one’s inner peace and relaxation, develops concentration and creativity, and fuels the ability to think and express oneself better. Various studies have shown that mandalas have the power to reduce depression or anxiety, stress, and they also lower blood pressure and improve the immune system and sleep cycle. Mandala drawing has a positive impact on the human body both emotionally and mentally.

To educate the Circle family on the power of mandala artwork, The Circle Community organized a Hues of Sky Mandala Workshop with expert artist Vidhi Jain.

About The Artist

Vidhi is a professional henna and mandala artist residing in Mumbai. She has been into doodling and drawing since her childhood and is passionate about mandalas and different art forms.

The Workshop Began

The workshop began with a brief introduction of Vidhi and her journey as an artist. Vidhi greeted all the attendees and interacted with them about the art of the Sky Mandala. She started sketching three circles in a pattern and continued drawing parallel lines the way we draw the lines while making a sun. She started blending the colors with tinges of light purple, blue, light brown, and yellow using some water. She started drawing the palm tree with black color, followed by leaves and some birds flying together. Vidhi also appreciated everyone‘s ongoing artwork.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Vidhi taught different patterns of Sky Mandala and kept all the participants engaged and hooked to this colorful art form. The participants enjoyed co-creating the artwork with Vidhi, who was delighted to see their creativity and hard work. In the end, the host thanked her for sharing her knowledge and skills on this creative art form.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
