Clay is a popular material from very ancient times. It has been famous in almost every civilization around the world. It can be mulled into anything our brain imagines. Creating crafts from clay is a very interesting and fun-filled exercise and has therapeutic and relaxing benefits. It brings out the best of our creativity and imagination into existence.
To introduce you to the ancient clay art form, Rooftop organized an amazing and fun session and invited expert artist Anushka Gardi to facilitate the workshop.
About The Artist
Anushka Gardi is an ardent art follower who loves to create amazing and wonderful artworks that are very appealing in nature. She is an entrepreneur by profession and owns a page called @majorlyme on Instagram. She uses affordable means to create accessories that look mesmerizing and strikingly beautiful at the very first sight.
The Workshop Began
The workshop began with a brief introduction of Anushka and her journey as an artist. Anushka greeted and expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards the attendees. She provided some important insight into the significance of the art form. Anushka then showed the artwork that she was going to create in the workshop and with this, she started creating the artwork all from scratch. She demonstrated each step in a very detailed manner making it easy for the attendees to grasp. She kept the workshop engaging by encouraging the attendees to raise doubts whenever encountered. The attendees were very engrossed in the process as they were co-creating with her.
Towards The End Of The Workshop
As the workshop progressed towards completion, the attendees were able to create their artworks that they showcased to Anushka for feedback, who found each of them very beautiful and full of effort. The workshop concluded with the attendees thanking and appreciating Anushka for teaching the whole process in such an easy and fun manner.
The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to various age groups, but their passion for art brought them together on a single platform. Rooftop as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a positive and magical vibe altogether.
