Candle making is one of the most relaxing and therapeutic art and craft. Previously candles were only used as a source of light but today it is used for many other purposes. Candle making today is thoroughly classified in the arts and craft category. To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about the arts and craft of candle making, Rajasthan Studio curated a Candle Making Workshop and invited Vidhi Panwar.
Vidhi Panwar is a 20 year old entrepreneur, vegan and conscious consumer. She started dabbling in the process of candle making when she was 18 and hasn’t stopped since. She believes that having a few candles around the house elevates the look and feel of the space.
Candle Making Workshop Began
Vidhi Panwar began the Candle Making Workshop with a short and sweet introduction of herself. She gave a quick overview of all the materials required for candle making. Further, she explained the usage of all the materials and how it is assembled into a beautiful candle.
Consequently, she started with the process of candle making and explaining every step in detail. Vidhi explained the importance of temperature and measurements of other ingredients. She also shared the therapeutic benefits of candles and candle making. She kept an open discussion for any queries from the attendees and answered all the questions with precision and clarity.
Towards The End Of The Workshop
Every bit of information on candle making was covered by Vidhi in the workshop. In addition, she also covered all the technical and scientific points of candle making. At the end of the workshop Vidhi shared lots of tips and where to find the materials to make candles at home.
The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
