Homemade granola is one of the easiest and healthiest snacks you can make. Store-bought granolas have sugar as they often come with less nutritional value. If you are someone who eats healthy nuts and chocolate, you will enjoy making some homemade nutty chocolate chunk granola. Granola is a great healthy snack and reduces our sweet cravings keeping our tummy full and happy.

About The Artist

Shannon is a baker, who loves chocolate makes customised cakes and desserts and is from Mumbai. She also does pan India shipping of the desserts and conducts baking classes.

The Workshop Began

Shannon greeted all the participants and thanked them for the introduction. She first started toasting all the nuts in the pan and added one can add jaggery and peanut butter, she also advised how granolas can be had as a breakfast snack with oats, milkshakes and answered all the questions of the participants. The prepared granola looked healthy and low on calories.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Shannon shared the kinds of oats on how to make them taste yummier and gave essential baking tips on granola making. She happily answered all the questions of the participants. All the participants appreciated her baking skills and said how the granolas looked healthy and looks incredible for all those who love healthy and grab a quick bite. The host thanked Shannon for teaching the baking of healthy granolas.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.Ā
