Miniature Painting Workshop By Anushka Nayak

Miniature painting or art is a genre that focuses on art, especially painting, engraving, and sculpture, with a long history that dates back to the scribes of the medieval ages. This art form has been evolving for ages and its beautiful, colorful illustrations symbolize the rich heritage of India.

Thereupon, to let our Circle Members witness and learn this intricate form of painting, Rajasthan studio curated a Miniature Painting workshop and invited Anushka Nayak.Ā

Anushka Nayak is a finance graduate turned artist. She really likes to work with numbers but her passion for creativity and art resulted in making her one of the finest miniature painters. She has been exploring different art forms for three years now. Apart from her love for colours, being a student of finance she is very potent in her artwork with attention to detail as well.

Miniature Painting Workshop Began

Anushka started the workshop with a brief on the painting process and materials required. Moving on, she begins with her painting and along the process gave major insightful points about Miniature painting.

She thoroughly explained the blending technique necessary for this type of intricate painting. Alongside all of this, she suggested to her attendees to keep working with her in order to understand the process more clearly.

Towards the end of the Workshop

She kept the session interactive and open to discussion for all the Circle Members attending it. Towards the end of the workshop, she answered all the queries put up by the attendees.

In addition to this, many of the attendees displayed their final work which certainly impressed Anushka. The circle members got a chance to learn such a detailed art form with such an amazing artist.

The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, hereā€™s us signing off until next time!
