Character Illustration with Doodle Art Workshop with Pooja Banka

Character Illustrations in Doodles

Doodle art is one of the most famous art forms around the globe. It refers to simple drawings that have either a deep representational meaning or can be comprised of random and abstract figures. Doodle art allows the artist to express emotions in a fun and free manner. Creating a Character illustration in doodles is a very relaxing and soothing experience.

To bring the magic of this unique art form to the Rooftop family, we organized an amazing workshop and invited expert artist Pooja Banka to facilitate the session.

About The Artist

Pooja Banka is an ardent art follower whose love for art knows no bounds. She is a Surface Pattern Designer and a certified artist from Pidilite Indiaā€™s largest art forms company. During her journey of eighteen years as an artist, she has garnered a lot of experiences that she loves to share with fellow aspiring art enthusiasts in the form of workshops. Art for her is experimenting with oneā€™s imagination and curiosity only to create wonders out of it.

The Workshop Began

The workshop began with a brief introduction of Pooja and her experiences as an artist. Pooja greeted and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the attendees and the hosts of the workshop. Pooja then gave some insight into the significance of the art form and initiated demonstrating and creating the artwork all from scratch. She laid emphasis on drawing the sketches by heart. Pooja explained each step in a very detailed manner and also encouraged the attendees to ask queries. As the workshop went on, Poojaā€™s artwork developed into a mesmerizing wonder.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

As the workshop progressed towards completion, the attendees were able to create their artworks which they showcased to Pooja for feedback, who found each of them very beautiful and full of effort. The workshop concluded with the attendees thanking and appreciating Poojaā€™s method of teaching in such a fun and easy way.

The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to various age groups, but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. We, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe altogether.

On this note, hereā€™s us signing off until next time!
