Therefore, to give people the opportunity to reuse their bottles as decorative art pieces, Rooftop curated a bottle art workshop and invited Ritvi Mishra. This form of art distinguishes itself from others by being not only a part of the creative exercise but also a type of sustainable art as well.
Ritvi Mishra is an engineering student. Although her passion and enthusiasm for art have led her to explore the beauty of bottle art. She can never imagine her life without exploring the diverse art forms.
Bottle Art Workshop Began
Ritvi started her workshop with a warm welcome to all the attendees. After that, she introduced the various techniques she would experiment with for the workshop.
She started the bottle art with two preferences of bottles – colored and transparent. She then divided the bottle into two sections in order to enlighten the attendees about the different techniques. She started with a squared design. Throughout the session, Ritvi gave some interesting and insightful into the art form that will help the beginners as well.
Towards the End of the Workshop
Towards the end of the workshop, Ritvi shared a few details about fairy lights or SMD LED lights. These lights are used in the bottles to turn them into home decor items. After showing the types of lights, she explained their significance in bringing out the texture of the designs painted on the bottle in a more refined manner.
Ritvi finally concluded the workshop with a little Q&A session. The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform.
