Silhouette Painting uses easy and fun watercolour techniques by using icy winter colours in order to create a beautiful blue sky. This painting uses salt with a wet on wet technique that produces different patterns and blending effects.

The Circle Community brings together this fun yet artistic art with Deepa Rao.

About The Artist

Deepa Rao is a professional artist and art coach after she quit her corporate career after 16 to 18years and switched to her love for art full time professionally.

The Workshop Began

The host introduced the artist for the day who is Deepa Rao.Deepa expressed her gratitude for the lovely introduction. Deepa started taping the edges of the drawing paper and started drawing the moon with a circular and applied water inside the circle.She coloured the moon with the yellow colour and added dark brown colour for the patches on the moon and added black colour in the background. She applied light color blue for the night sky on the second half section of the canvas and concluded the drawing on the moon by sketching the deer and the grass  painting it using a brush pen.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

All the attendees had a lovely time as they showed their painting to Deepa. She guided the participants and gave them their creative freedom for the working of the painting.She was delighted to see everybody’s art work and appreciated them for their creative work as it looked visually colourful and aesthetic and expressed her gratitude to all the attendees.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
