Rooftop – Where India Inspires Creativity

Turmeric Painting Workshop with Manasa

Turmeric Painting

Turmeric is widely used in our kitchens, at weddings in a ceremony called Haldi. But this natural and versatile ingredient is also a pigment that can be used as an organic colour. Turmeric painting is widely catching the attention of artists and individuals who love organic colours. This magical ingredient makes a beautiful painting colour. So Rooftop thought of curating a turmeric painting workshop with expert artist Manasa

About The Artist

Manasa is passionate about art and is an art teacher and showcases her work on Instagram.

The Workshop Began

Mansa greeted all the participants and thanked the host for the introduction. She first started drawing the flowers and the leaves on the canvas and continued to colour the flowers in yellow turmeric colour. She continued to teach in a simple and easy manner and answered all the questions of the participants.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Manasa painted beautiful flowers with Haldi making. All the petals looked yellow and bright. All the participants appreciated her flower art and showed their co-created Tumeric painting to Manasa. She explained how different brands have different colours of turmeric. The host thanked Manasa for teaching this unique art.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. The Circle Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, here’s us signing off until next time!
