Loose style art workshop with Sivanvitha. J

Loose style art workshop with Sivanvitha. J

A loose painting is just trying to communicate visually with suggestions rather than trying to describe everything in precise detail. If you are able to paint things with the minimum amount of brush strokes and information, one ends up with a loose but believable painting. There are different types of loose painting such as Stand Up to Paint, Forget the Details, You’re Not Painting a Masterpiece, etc.

About The Artist

Sivanvitha is into animals and birds and is passionate about painting.

The Workshop Began

Rishika greeted all the participants and thanked the host for the introduction. She first started sketching the ship on her canvas and continued to outline it with black paint. She continued to paint the sky in blue colour and the ship in blue, golden colour, and crimson colour. She taught the art making it fun and interactive letting everyone create their own masterpieces.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Sivanvitha painted a loose style art of a ship and the sea. The art looked colourful and had so many artistic elements. All the participants appreciated and showed their co-created Loose-style artworks to Rishika. The host thanked Rishika for teaching this art form.

The attendees were from different parts of the country. They also belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rooftop, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, here’s us signing off until next time!
