Knowing them better allows you to blend them and use them better. So what exactly is colour theory? How does it impact a creative mind? 

Well, colour theory is a phenomenon that helps users understand the blending and complementing aspects of colours in detail. There are 3 major parts to colour theory. They are as follows. 

  • Primary
  • Secondary
  • Tertiary

About the Artist:- 

Prisha Balani is a celebrated artist and a fine art teacher who’s been serving several creative minds through various workshops. She holds a special mastery of various art mediums like Watercolour, Acrylic Painting, Toran Making, Fabric Painting and more.

The workshop began:- 

The workshop began with exchanging warm words of welcome by the host and Prisha Balani. The host introduced her and her expertise down the years with great pride and conviction. Prisha then took over the session and began with opening up a conversation on the details of understanding and following colour theory. 

Prisha was all into the session trying her best to make it as informative and productive as possible. She started with the basics and made sure to keep the learners in a relevant loop in order to help them acquire quality details. 

Towards the end of the workshop:- 

Toward the end of the workshop, Prisha along with the attendees of the workshop had the primary, secondary and tertiary parts of colour theory drawn and understood. These attendees were of different ages widely open to new learnings and explorations. 

The session overall concluded on a quite productive note. The Rooftop Community, as always, was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
