Spray Painting

Spray Painting covers large surfaces with an even coating of liquid. Spray guns can be automated or hand-held and have interchangeable heads to allow for different spray patterns. Single color aerosol paint cans are portable and easy to store.  To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about this art form, Rajasthan Studio curated a special workshop and invited Sunil Gogia

Sunil Gogia is a speed Spray Paint Artist. His talent attracted the attention of India’s Got Talent’s, with whom he displayed his painting skills in under 3 minutes. At Kala Ghoda’s Cultural Sundays he made live paintings for Shiv Sena’s Youth Wing Chief Mr.Aditya Thakeray & Maharashtra Tourism Minister Mr Jayakumar Rawal. During the shoot of WAZIR he painted a portrait of Mr. Faran Akhtar.

He has had the opportunity to be featured in CNBC’s “Lifestyle Guru” and NDTV’s “A whole New World.” Sunil conducts workshops for Students of IIT’s & IIM’s across India during their annual fests and regularly partners with Hindustan Times to do workshops for Schools in Mumbai. Corporates, attracted and impressed by his brisk and easy style of getting teams engaged with spray cans invite him at their seminars and product launches. He has worked with Brand names like MAC Cosmetics, Audi, General Mills, Elan Fashions, Seventy Seven Entertainment, Brand Mela to name just a few.

Spray Painting Workshop Began

Sunil talked about all kinds of spray paints and the right technique to use. He also told the attendees about the tools he uses while spray painting. He also told what is smudging and how it is done. Sunil also showed the tool he uses while scratching. He also mentioned that the beauty of stenciling is you create your own stencil.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

The workshop was quite informative and interactive. The workshop ended with attendees asking so many questions. Sunil showed so many of his artwork to the attendees. The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
