Skincare is a daily regime that is a part of our grooming routine. Lips are the one sensory organ that we make special by pampering it with lip gloss, balms, and lipsticks which have chemicals that often do not suit everybody’s skin type. Many women entrepreneurs make face creams, lipsticks, and lip balms with natural ingredients that are organic and make a living out of them. You can now make your lip balms without burning a hole in your pocket.
To learn more about everyday skincare and lip care, The Circle Community brought together an informative skincare workshop with Ananya Mahandule.
About The Artist
Ananya Mahandule has completed her bachelor’s in Ayurveda. She is an ayurvedic formulator and conducts organic body care workshops. Her products are organic and cruelty-free. Mahandule is the proud owner of Ayurveda By Ananya.
And The Workshop Began
The workshop began with a brief introduction of Ananya, her journey and experiences. Ananya then introduced the making of organic lip balms, scrubs, etc to the participants. She taught how to make skincare and lip care products by using natural ingredients such as almond oil, shea butter, beeswax, Vitamin E oil, and chocolate flavour oil as she explained the significance and benefits of all the ingredients. Mahandule wonderfully taught the participants and shared the knowledge of organic cosmetics with her lovely smile and down to earth nature and beautifully created organic lip balms.
Towards The End Of The Workshop
As the session progressed towards its end, Ananya showed the participants her collection of organic cosmetic products that consisted of many variants and applied them to her arms. The cosmetics were packed in little boxes which looked really cute. One of the lip balms that she showed the participants were cranberry lip balm. The workshop was interesting and informative for the participants, who enjoyed co-creating with her.
The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to different age groups, but their love and passion for art brought them together on a single platform. TCC, as always, was successful in curating an experience to remember for a lifetime.
