We are looking for a social media manager who is passionate about social media and the startup world. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, as well as excellent writing and editing skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for social media and Rooftop.
As a social media manager, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and make a real impact on the company’s growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, tracking and analyzing social media performance, and working with other departments to ensure that social media is integrated into overall marketing efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging content that will attract and engage Rooftop’s target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance, using data to inform future strategies.
- Work with other departments to ensure that social media is integrated into overall marketing efforts.
- Create and manage social media content calendars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Measure and report on social media performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of the art sector and the creative industry
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
