Acrylic painting is the painting executed in the medium of synthetic acrylic resins. Acrylics are not a high-maintenance medium, you need just four simple tools to get started with acrylics. One of the most significant aspects of acrylics is how malleable they are. To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about this art form, Rajasthan Studio curated a special workshop and invited Shilpa Agarwal.
Shilpa Agarwal is a part-time artist who works as a marketeer. She’s been painting for a long time now and believes that painting brings her the greatest joy and landscapes are her favourite subject to paint. She feels art is a therapy that can heal everything. Shilpa loves to take workshops as she feels she should share her happiness with others.
Paint Sunsets With Acrylics Workshop Began
The workshop began with a short introduction of Shilpa Agarwal and her journey. Further Shilpa overtook the workshop by showing the artwork which the attendees were going to paint that day. Later she also mentioned the materials everyone needed to complete the artwork with her.
Shilpa started painting while explaining and giving instructions to the attendees. Following that also she explained how to go about with the painting, how to do the strokes, add colour gradients and how to blend the colours.
Towards The End Of The Workshop
Shilpa gave tips on how to use brushes effectively, how to take care of the brushes and how to clean the colour palette. The workshop ended with everyone showcasing their beautiful artworks.
The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
On this note, we take your leave. See you next time!
