Mandala Art Workshop By Anjali Rathore
A Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means ‘circle’. Mandala is a geometric configuration of symbols that constitutes the cosmos or deities. The art form represents wholeness and a model for the organizational structure of life itself. To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about this traditional art form, Rajasthan Studio curated a special Mandala Art Workshop and invited Anjali Rathore.
Anjali Rathore is a student pursuing Masters from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Along with studies she never stopped herself from learning and creating artworks. She finds solace in expressing herself through her artworks.

She effortlessly designed and described each step so that the attendees could follow her easily. Her description wear detailed and elaborate about the concentric circles and their measurements. We also had a small fun poll while working on the artworks. Anjali monitored the progress of the attendees and gave feedback respectively.

To wrap up the workshop Anjali started displaying different patterns of mandala art that can be of use. She explained how the attendees can make their artwork look more realistic. The attendees put up lot of questions and Anjali answered them with much clarity and precision. The workshop ended with everyone showcasing their beautiful artworks.
The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.
