Kashmiri Art Workshop By Kiran Raje

Kashmiri Art Workshop By Kiran Raje

Kashmir needs no justification for its immense beauty. Although, the divine Kashmiri Art is something that is purely mystic. To inculcate our Circle members into this mystical experience, Rajasthan Studio curated a Kashmiri Art workshop and invited Kiran Raje.

Kiran Raje is from Jaipur, and is not only an enthusiast but a lover of distinct art forms. A veteran in her field, she is going to teach the Circle Members all about the beautiful art form.

Kashmiri Art Workshop Began

Kiran has hosted so many sessions in her 5 years of experience which really portrayed in her Kashmiri Art workshop. She introduced herself and moving along introduced the attendees to the Kashmiri Art form.

She decided to go with glass painting with Kashmiri Art which was a unique perspective to the art as compared to the Kashmiri art on threads, carpets, and mats. Also, she gave a major insider tip about the DIY alternative to base coating gesso. She made a paste with Talcum powder, white acrylic colour, and white glue.

The session started on an educating note making the attended want more.

Towards the end of the Workshop

In the end, Kiran Raje’s all of designs came together and they were exceptionally vibrant and beautiful. What made this session more vibrant was the attendees’ work as well. They showcased their work as well and it turned out to be an illuminating experience.

The attendees were from different parts of the country and belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, here’s us signing off until next time!
