Glass Painting Workshop With Mayank Pratap Singh

Glass Painting By Mayank Pratap Singh

Glass painting is an old tradition of painting art on glass pieces. There have been numerous artefacts created using this technique and it grew into becoming one of the most famous art forms in the world. Glass painting has thus been used in many ways like home decors, artefacts, exhibits and much more. It is one of the best and most beautiful art forms that provide a soothing feeling when working on it.

To give a similar experience to the Circle family, TCC curated an amazing session and invited expert artist Mayank Pratap Singh to facilitate and conduct the workshop.

About The Artist

Mayank Pratap Singh is 19 years old and currently resides in Bhopal. He’s an ardent follower and admirer of art and loves to devote much of his time to different art forms. For him, expressing and enjoying oneself through art is of great importance. He loves to indulge in art forms like poetry, painting, and many more. He wants to create an exceptional future in art and we wish him luck in his endeavour.

And The Workshop Began

The workshop began with a brief introduction of the artist, through which the attendees were able to know more about Mayank. He further went on to describe the important points that should be taken care of while working on the art form. He then went on to perform the procedure and explained each and every step in a detailed manner, which eased the understanding of the art form. The session was very engaging and intriguing as Mayank was simultaneously solving the doubts of the attendees. Mayank then displayed some of his previous artworks to give a better understanding of the art.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

As we progressed towards the end of the workshop, the participants were able to make their own pieces of glass paintings and showed them to Mayank for feedback. Mayank found all the pieces very beautiful and full of effort. The session proved to be very promising for both the attendees and Mayank.

The attendees were not just from India but from distant countries and of various age groups, united by their affection and love for art, which eventually brought them all onto a single platform. TCC, as always, was able to create an amazing session with memories to be cherished for a lifetime.

On that note, here’s us signing off until next time!
