Floral Art Workshop By Srishti Sagar

Floral Art workshop

Flowers are universal symbols of beauty. They also symbolize comfort, love, and affection. Many of the most famous artists in history painted more than their fair share of flowers. To give our Circle Members the experience to learn and enlighten themselves about this modern art form, Rajasthan Studio curated a special Floral Art Workshop and invited Srishti Sagar

Srishti Sagar is an architect and planner by profession and an artist by passion. She has been painting for a long time now and it’s one of the things that pleases her the most. While she is a self-taught artist, she has tried to learn to paint in as many mediums as possible but she just can’t pick a favorite. The best thing about painting for her is that she can never run out of subjects to paint. She hopes everyone could see things around them through an artist’s eyes as this will never fail to inspire a person throughout their life.

Floral Art Workshop Began

The Workshop began with an introduction of the artist who enlightened us by the valuable information of the art form. We started making the drawing of the flower. We made leaves, petals stem, and buds to a flower. She shared that, one has to be very much particular about the detailing when it comes to drawing of the natural flower rather than illustration. Moving on, the composition was prepared.

Towards The End Of The Workshop

Further, we painted the flower, buds, and other sections of the flower with some bright colors which was the fun part as painting is the most beautiful activity. The blending and mixing of mustard and yellow color to add more love to the artwork. The artist kept on altering everyone to use thin brushes for the pointed tips and what we saw in the end was a beautiful artwork displayed on the screens. Artist was impressed by the understanding of the attendees and we did a signature goodbye at the end.

All the artists were consumed and were elated by the experience throughout the session. The overall workshop was a delightful experience

The attendees were from different parts of the country. Also, they belonged to different age groups but their love for art brought them together on a single platform. Rajasthan studio as always was successful in connecting artists and curating a magical and positive vibe together.

On this note, here’s us signing off until next time!
