Participant’s Experience

‘Phad se Padh’ is a remarkable initiative taken to reshape the traditional form of learning into a new and convivial way of learning. 

Being a part of the project has been an amazing learning experience for us. The creative task of developing a storyline on Henry Fayol’s ‘14 Principles of Management,’ and then converting them into a Phad painting was very exciting and enlightening. Using the 700 years old art form, and transforming the lesson into a musical drama was an edification. The experience of professionally recording and presenting it live in front of dignitaries was an inexplicable and unforgettable lifetime experience, which has left an indelible imprint in our minds and hearts. We thank our mentors from the depth of our hearts for giving us this wonderful opportunity which has enhanced our knowledge, skills and confidence.
