Sai Kiran Varma is a master artist renowned for his expertise in Cheriyal painting, a traditional art form originating from Telangana, India. He comes from the prestigious Dhanalakota family, one of the last practicing lineages of Cheriyal art, with a legacy dating back over 160 years. His great-great-grandfather’s 160-year-old Cheriyal scroll is even displayed in a museum in Paris.
